As you plan your day of cooking for this week, add some kick to your menu with Boetje’s old world flavor! Use a spatula to loosen the skin over the turkey breast. Take a couple tablespoons of Boetje’s mustard (traditional or bourbon barrel aged) and paint the bird. Start by coating the inside of the body cavity, then spread the rest of the Boetje’s between the skin and the meat. Use wooden toothpicks to secure the skin, tuck the legs back in, then continue to cook it as you usually do.
