One of our Facebook friends posted this delicious sounding recipe and said we could share it with you here. She makes a tangy salmon dish with this glaze, but it would also be tasty on chicken or pork chops. So here it is….
KerryAnne’s Salmon with Boetje’s Mustard Glaze
- 3 Tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 3 teaspoons Boetje’s Mustard
- 4-5 dashes of soy sauce
Combine in a sauce pan over medium heat till thick and syrupy. Spread on fish or meat and bake or grill as usual.
