12 oysters on the half shell
1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
Boetje’s Mustard
Set the grill on high, (but Steve says charcoal is even better.)
Sprinkle a small amount of cheese on each oyster.
Place oysters over hottest part of grill and cook for 2 minutes.
Add a dollop of Boetje’s stone ground Mustard to each oyster and cook one more minute.
Be careful when you take them off the grill… they will be very hot! Enjoy!
