Add Some Zip to Your Easter

Easter Sunday is less than a week away!  Do you have your dinner menu planned?   Here are a few ideas that will add the tangy flavor of Boetje’s Old World Style gourmet mustard to your dinner table.

 

Boetje’s Main Dish Marinade – perfect for marinading pork or lamb
2/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Boetje’s mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 – 4 cloves garlic, minced
1 – 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Combine all and mix well.  Add meat, cover tightly, refrigerate.

 

Boetje’s Delicious Deviled Eggs
6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tablespoons Boetje’s Mustard
Paprika

Cut hard boiled eggs in half.  Remove yolks and mash.  Add Boetje’s mustard and salt; mix well.  Refill egg whites with mixture.  Sprinkle with paprika.  Chill and serve.
